Zur Brandbekämpfung ist das Gebäude mit einem O2-Reduzierungs- und Rauchabzugssystem ausgestattet.

Carbon Neutral Green Cloud

In addition to the physical security measures, we can also proudly say that the ALP2 region is solely powered by energy from renewable sources. It uses state-of-the-art technology to guarantee efficient and effective operational processes. Lake water ensures a stable energy supply for cooling, and waste heat is used for heating neighboring residential areas. These measures underline our efforts to offer not only a secure, but also an environmentally friendly cloud infrastructure - a true green cloud.

New Storage-Tier

A major enhancement with our latest region ALP2 is our new storage tier, powered by enterprise-grade storage systems from Pure Storage. This offers outstanding performance thanks to 100% NVMe-powered disks and enables extremely fast and efficient volume snapshot and volume clone creation. Our compute instances (VMs) and Kubernetes clusters in particular benefit from this by experiencing improved speed and flexibility in their operations.
